HRNS expands its website

On Nov. 10th, the Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung relaunches its current website with a variety of new features. Besides the possibility of now also being able to read the page in German, there also is added information regarding the Competences and Services of the Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung. Last but not least, extra information has been added to the section about the Hanseatische Natur- und Umweltinitiative (short:HNUI). Being one of the focus areas, the HNUI now features a transparent overview over its past and current activities, including the forms for applying for grants of the initiative. Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung do Brasil launched

On September 15th "Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung do Brasil" was launched in Varginha, Minas Gerais. The ceremony took place in the presence of Dr. Manoel Bertone, Secretário de Produção e Agroenergia do Ministerio de Agricultura, Pecuaria e Abastecimento, Dr. Volker Niklahs, representative of the German Embassy and many more distinguished personalities and institutions of the Brazilian coffee sector including EMATER, EPAMIG, SENAR, SEBRAE, Fundação Banco do Brasil amongst others.
Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung is joining forces with the export company Stockler Comercial e Exportadora Ltda, Santos (a member of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe), for establishing the new structure of "Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung do Brasil". Based upon the successful implementation of first projects in Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais the new unit is determined to effectively contribute to the promotion of sustainability in the coffee sector of the country by way of project work and cooperation with relevant stakeholders. In addition to the project Força Café in Santo Antônio do Amparo new projects are currently starting in São Francisco de Paula and Lambarí as an important step for reaching out and raising the number of beneficiaries of the work of our foundation. Further initiatives and projects shall follow.
