Hanoi, Vietnam: E.D.E. Consulting strongly supported the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the preparation of a new program, "Coffee sector development towards sustainable production and trade in Vietnam until 2020". To present this program proposal to potential donors, the Ministry realized a workshop in Hanoi on Dec. 12^th, 2009 - an interesting forum: among the participants were not only Mr. Bui Ba Bong, the Vietnamese Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Mr. Joop Scheffers, the Ambassador of the Netherlands in Vietnam, but also Nestlé, the Douwe Egberts Foundation (DEF) and the French Development Agency (AFD).
