REPORT SUSPICIONS, VIOLATIONS, AND WRONGDOINGS

Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung (HRNS) is committed to integrity, which is one of our important values and an essential aspect of our organization and daily work. In HRNS we live a culture of transparent and open behavior and deal with concerns in an open manner.

For situations when an open approach seems not feasible or not appropriate, if you suspect any corrupt practices, irregularities, or other wrongdoings related to HRNS’ operations we kindly ask you to report these to us (“Whistleblower Policy”). You can report allegations such as bribery, fraud, embezzlement, conflict of interest, nepotism, discrimination, sexual exploitation, abuse or sexual harassment and other forms of harassment. It serves the purpose of uncovering misconduct and preventing harm and we assure that there are no negative consequences for anyone who submits a justified report.

Reports may concern HRNS staff, cooperation partners, suppliers and other actors or persons involved in activities related to HRNS’ operations. All reports are received by HRNS‘ compliance department, carefully evaluated and handled confidentially. No distinction is made between reports with or without sender reference.

HRNS strives to protect the identity of whistleblowers. You can protect your identity by using contact details such as an e-mail address or a phone number that cannot be linked to you.
